New HR Policies offer increased paid time off (PTO)
RTX employees on long term assignments will benefit from the newly revised PTO Policy. The PTO accrual rate increases with each year of continuous service. For example, following one year of service, an employee working a standard 40 hour week for an entire year will earn an extra 8 hours of PTO. For more information on accrual rates, please see the new Human Resources Policies on the Employees page.

Flight of a Butterfly
On April 1 2004, Cathie Wilkerson began filling the role of Vice President and General Manager of RTX. Paige Roberston will continue to offer her knowledge and experience with the company by working as a technical consultant. Jamie Slack will assume the role of President.

As with our first 10 years, RTX will be there to help support your company through all its stages of growth and change. Your transition between projects will be as seamless as a caterpillar to butterfly.
