Welcome to Paychex HR Online!!
Presently with Paychex HR Online, you are able to view check
stubs and W2’s, as well as make address changes and change emergency
contact information just to name a few. Over the next few weeks,
items such as benefits and time off request fields will be added.
You will be notified as you enter the website with a reminder
as these new options become available to you.
When you enter the website http://eservices.paychex.com,
you will see a login screen. The company ID will ALWAYS be 0465
d160. (Note: If you accept the site cookies the Company
ID will be maintained)
Your user name will be your first initial and
your full last name all in lower case letters.
John Doe’s Username would be: jdoe
Your initial password will
be your first and last initial capitalized with the last four
digits of your social security number. If John Doe’s SS#
is 123-45-6789,
his initial password would be JD6789.
You will then be asked to change your password.
Your created password must be a minimum of 6 digits, and contain
at least one alpha and one numeral.

Once in the system, you’ll see a tab called the Hub. All the information you can access will be listed on the left. Feel free to navigate around the site – enter an emergency contact – change your address if necessary. If your check stub is presently being mailed to an address other than your home, now would be a good time to change your address so W2’s mailed in January do not mistakenly go to a business address. W2’s will be printable from the website as well.
Check History , where I’m sure you’ll visit the
most, is where you can view and print check stubs.
The neat thing
about all changes or entries you make into the system, is that
they are transmitted to me daily, and I accept them into the
system. Yes, this means I’ll delete all entry changes that tell
me Mickey Mouse is your new Emergency contact! ?
Let me know what
you think – as well as if there is anything you’d like to see
on the website!
Thanks! Marla
