Cathie Wilkerson, Vice President, General Manager
Cathie has 10 years technical recruiting experience. She serves on the executive committee of the PDA and is a member of the International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers. Cathie recruits in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and oil and gas sectors.

Marla Rapley, Office Manager, Controller
Marla maintains all the non-recruiting aspects of the company but also is responsible for support staff recruitment. She is responsible for the ongoing provision of support staff for the VECO Polar Project (see www.VECOpolar.com ) at remote camps in Greenland and Alaska.

Janelle Williams ,Technical Recruiter
A recent graduate of CU Boulder, Janelle joined the RTX team early in 2004. Previously recruiting and marketing for the insurance industry, Janelle now works closely with VECO Alaska , www.VECO.com, by recruiting candidates who can contribute to the ongoing EPC projects VECO Alaska is working on with ConocoPhillips and BP.

Karen Hoppestad, Technical Recruiter
Karen brings ten years of recruiting experience to the RTX team. After taking five years off to be at home with her twin girls, Karen stepped back into the recruiting industry. Karen brings with her both an understanding of the recruiting process as well as an understanding of the operations side of the business.
